Chandrababu’s counsel seeks bail citing deteriorating health, judge delays case proceedings for health review
The Andhra Pradesh high court dismiss the bail petition of TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu in the AP skill development scam case.
Arguing on behalf of the former Andhra Pradesh chief minister his lawyer Luthra stated that all the other accused in the case were out on bail while Naidu was still inside for the last 40 days.
Chandrababu’s counsel also requested the court to grand bail on the grounds of his deteriorating health condition. The judge hadsa time till noon to understand the details of naidu’s health condition before proceeding with a case earlier in the day and had adjourn it till noon.
Naidu also stay to that there was no progress in his case so far. However, the court refuse to grant him mail on Thursday.
